Flipping the smaller ring is a piece of cake.

Stairs made. Time for a 3rd day of heavy lifts. This time 4-5 pieces of equipment over a 6 hour period.

The man lifte hoisted their girl and Norman to attach straps from the cranes and fork lift. The Lift needed to attach their man lifter to be able to lift the small wheel high enough-the fork along couldn't get high enough.

the fork lift now picks up the upper cardle and lifts the small wheel with it right into the big ring.

With the wheels and upper cradle in place, the main crane lowers a line through a hole in the big ring, through a hole in the small ring and connects to the upper cradle. The crane will lift the whole structure to allow the fork lift to get out of the way and help to lift up the 'X'frames.
When they lifted it, the crane recorded over 3600 lbs total. another 300 lbs and the crane would not have been capable of doing the lift!
